So this was one of the first festivals we did this year. We were invited there by local syrup business Botanikos who make small batched syrups with no additives for cocktails. The festival was called The Hunt , Gather and Gander festival and it was located in the Mornington peninsula which is just outside of Melbourne.
The festival itself turned out to be not that busy, but it had a great atmosphere and has a lot of potential for future events. We made our mocktails for the crowds and they were received really well by them. It just goes to show that alcohol is not always needed for people to enjoy themselves at events.
